Ellis + Eyre led the daunting project of merging three college websites to create a new university website. This transformative project required sophisticated content strategy, content writing, and project management services. Working alongside the in-house marketing team, we delivered a clean UX for the launch of this major institution.

- Developed an enrollment marketing strategy for the new university website. 
- Conducted a content review of 6,000+ pages. 
- Designed new information architecture for a 600-page site. 
- Led the editing or writing of 67% of the new site’s content. 
- Created content operations plan for stakeholders, writers, and designers. 
- Led approval process with faculty, staff, and senior leadership, including Town Hall presentations. 
- Developed content strategy for all pages and site sections. 
- Wrote the internal communications for updating the university community. 
- Presented updates to the university president and cabinet. 
- Led on-site QA for launch week. 
- Guided the creation of 6,800 redirects. 
- Created web style guide and governance plan.
